We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from HanfuAuras. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed at https://www.hanfuauras.com.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
For eligible orders delivered to the European Union, you may also submit a withdrawal declaration through the withdrawal function in your order details page during the applicable withdrawal period, and we will confirm receipt by email.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or visibly used items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Return eligibility may be refused if the item is not received in acceptable condition.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, item name, photos if relevant, and the reason for return. Do not send items back without return authorization. The return address and instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because we cannot process a refund for items not received.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
